- What is Slategraph?
- Slategraph is a Topics Discovery Engine. You give it a domain, and it returns a complete content strategy: a knowledge graph of your industry, topic clusters, content briefs, internal linking, and publish-ready articles.
- How long does it take to generate a strategy?
- Roughly 10 to 12 minutes from URL to a full strategy with briefs and a recommended publishing order.
- How is this different from typical SEO tools?
- Most SEO tools group keywords. Slategraph builds a knowledge graph and turns it into structured strategy. Internal links are computed from real relationships, not guessed. It also measures AI answers, which keyword tools don't look at.
- What is GEO?
- Generative Engine Optimization: getting a business found, mentioned and cited in the answers AI engines give, the way SEO is about being ranked in search results. People increasingly put the question straight to an AI engine and act on the answer, so being absent from that answer costs you the same way page two does.
- Which AI engines are measured?
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Measurement runs through each engine's API, which can differ from what you see in the consumer apps, so every metric is labelled with how it was gathered.
- How is AI visibility measured?
- We generate the questions your buyers actually ask, then ask each engine each question several times. Answers vary a lot between asks, so results are reported as rates across those runs with a confidence range and a trend, never as a single rank. The headline figure counts only questions that don't name your business, so it can't be flattered by people already searching for you. You also get citation share, share of voice against your competitors, and which pages and domains got cited instead.
- Does GEO replace SEO?
- No. The same work feeds both. AI engines lean heavily on what they retrieve, so a site with a strong topical foundation and pages worth citing does better in answers too. Slategraph runs them as one workflow rather than two: the topic graph and the articles are the SEO work, and the visibility measurement tells you where that work is and isn't landing in AI answers.
- Do I need to know SEO to use it?
- No. The whole point is to remove the manual research and strategy assembly that usually requires an SEO specialist. You paste a URL and review the output.
